New Ceiling For Jesus Christ Mission Church

Dear Faithful,

We are happy to share Jesus Christ Mission Church located in Carlos, Iloilo Philippines is getting a new ceiling! In the summer, temperatures get over 110 degrees and the metal roof absorbs this heat making it extremely hot inside the facility. They don’t have air conditioning but do have fans.

Installing the ceiling boards will greatly help keep it cooler inside for the congregation. They never complain but this will be a blessing for the church family.

The church congregation is providing all the labor and snacks for the workers. Our part was to provide the materials. It is a blessing to see the congregation volunteer to help in all the construction projects.

There’s nothing easy about installing a ceiling. It is hot strenuous work. Bamboo ladders are strong and last a long time! The rungs are made of bamboo and secured with heavy fishing line.
